In 1976-77, while traveling around the world after undergraduate school at I.U; I spent nine months making drawings and watercolor sketches of my travels. Some of those sketches are now in Europe, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji. The remaining sketches have been used, and are being used to make larger oil paintings some of which are now on my web site along with my youtube channel will saladino paint with will, which shows my technique of painting them. More recently in 2018-19, I have traveled through Cuba, Israel, Molokai Hawaii, Ireland, and France collecting more watercolor sketches, drawing, and photographs to be used for larger prints, and paintings. The Cuban trip was working with other artist printmakers as a cultural exchange. Israel was a religious pilgrimage where I made watercolor sketches of the Holy Land. Molokai Hawaii was working on more watercolor sketches. Ballycastle, Ireland trip was at the Ballinglen Arts Foundation doing solar plate printmaking,
